Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
You can cancel enrollment anytime, but cancellation doesn't entitle you to a refund
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at management's discretion
Once a registration is completed and payment is successfully made for any course, workshop, or service offered by eSkills Web, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Participants may choose to cancel their enrollment at any time. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Important: Access to course materials and support may be revoked upon cancellation. Once you cancel your enrollment, you will lose access to all course content, learning materials, and instructor support.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the eSkills Web management, such as:
If we cancel a course or event due to unforeseen circumstances
If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same course
Payment processing errors on our end that result in incorrect charges
Note: All refund requests are subject to review and approval by eSkills Web management. Processing of approved refunds may take 7-14 business days.
