Agentic AI Course in Indore: What You'll Learn and How to Choose One
· 7 min read · E-Skills Web

If you're a student or developer in Indore and you've started searching for an agentic AI course, you've probably noticed the problem. A lot of institutes around the city have taken their old "AI and ML" course, added the word "agentic" to the banner, and kept the same syllabus underneath. Linear regression in week one, a certificate at the end, and very little about actually building AI agents.
We teach the Agentic AI Engineering Bootcamp at our campus in Old Palasia, so we're obviously not neutral here. But we've also spent the last year running AI agent workshops and college sessions across Indore, and we've seen what students here actually need. This guide is written for you whether or not you end up joining us.
What is agentic AI, in plain words?
A chatbot answers a question. You type, it replies, done.
An AI agent takes a goal and works on it. It decides the steps, uses tools (your database, a search engine, email, a spreadsheet), checks what came back, and decides what to do next. If one approach fails, it tries another. Some agents work as a small team, where one researches, one writes and one checks.
Here's a local example. Picture a coaching institute in Indore with a few hundred enquiries a month. A chatbot can answer "what are your timings?" An agent connected to their lead sheet can find everyone who enquired last week and hasn't been called, draft a WhatsApp follow-up for each, and wait for a counsellor to approve them. That's the difference, and it's the kind of thing businesses here are starting to ask for.
Why agentic AI skills matter in Indore right now
Indore's IT scene has grown a lot. There are established companies, a steady stream of new startups, and many developers here who work remotely for teams in Pune, Bengaluru and abroad. Most of them have already tried "add ChatGPT to the product." What they want next is AI that does the work: updates the order, fills in the CRM, checks the invoice, replies to the routine ticket.
Building that needs people who understand two things at once: how language models behave, and ordinary software engineering (APIs, databases, queues, deployment, testing). That mix is still rare, in Indore and everywhere else. Developers who have it don't need to move cities to find good work, because agent projects can be built from anywhere.
It also opens up freelancing. Plenty of small businesses in Indore, from clinics to retailers to coaching centres, have repetitive work an agent could take off their hands. Someone who can build and maintain that is useful locally, not just to big tech companies.
Why learn it here instead of moving or going fully online
You could learn agentic AI from recorded videos, and some people do. In our experience, most beginners get stuck at the same points: the first time an agent loops forever, a tool call returns something unexpected, or a deployment fails at night for no obvious reason. Those are the moments when sitting next to a mentor saves you a week.
Studying in your own city also means you don't pay rent in Pune or Bengaluru while you learn. You keep your college or job routine, and you still get a live classroom with people working on the same problems.
What our agentic AI course in Indore covers
The bootcamp runs in eight phases. Use this as a checklist when you compare institutes, ours included. If a course skips most of it, it's probably a prompt-writing class with a new name.
1. Python, Git and dev tooling
Agents are software, so we start with real Python: object-oriented code, type hints, Pydantic for validating data, virtual environments, Git and Docker. It feels slow at first. It's also exactly where most people get stuck later.
2. How large language models work
Tokens, embeddings, context windows, why a model forgets things in a long chat, and when to use prompting, retrieval or fine-tuning. You'll work with the OpenAI, Gemini and Claude APIs.
3. Prompt engineering for real programs
Function calling (letting the model use your code), structured outputs your program can trust, and the ReAct pattern of think, act, observe and repeat. You'll put these behind a FastAPI endpoint, which is how they end up in real products.
4. RAG: answers from your own data
Retrieval-augmented generation lets a model answer from documents instead of guessing. We cover vector databases like ChromaDB, splitting documents sensibly, hybrid search and reranking, and measuring answer quality with RAGAS and LangSmith.
5. Building agents with LangGraph
The core of the course. You design agents as graphs of steps with memory and state, add tools, and use reflection so the agent checks its own work.
6. Multi-agent systems
Small teams of agents built with CrewAI, AutoGen, Google's ADK and the OpenAI Agents SDK, with a human approval step for anything risky.
7. MCP, voice and real-time agents
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard for connecting tools and data to AI models, and a lot of new tooling supports it. You'll also try agent-to-agent communication, streaming, and voice agents that listen with Whisper and speak with ElevenLabs.
8. Production and deployment
Monitoring with LangFuse, testing with DeepEval, background jobs with Redis, Docker and cloud deployment, and a GitHub portfolio you can show in interviews.
The full syllabus is on the Agentic AI Engineering Bootcamp page.
What you'll build
You finish with 8+ portfolio projects. A few examples:
- a document assistant that answers questions from your own PDFs and shows its sources
- a lead follow-up agent like the coaching-institute example above
- a research agent that looks up a company and writes a short report
- a three-agent team where one researches, one writes and one reviews
- a voice agent that can hold a short conversation and take an action
- one agent deployed online with monitoring, so you can show it running in an interview
Interviewers in Indore ask the same thing interviewers everywhere ask: "What did you build, and what broke?" You want good answers to both.
What we've done in Indore so far
In June 2025 we ran Indore's first AI agentic workshop at our Old Palasia campus. Over two days, students built a voice calling agent, an email agent and a job application agent. The bootcamp grew out of that weekend. People learn agents fastest by building them, with help close by.
We've also run sessions at colleges around the city, including Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, SAGE University and Islamia Karimia (IK) College, on topics from AI agents to data science. You can see those on our collaborations page.
Companies that have hired our students include Impetus, Infoxeron, Bitcot and Linkites, and two of our students now work as Full Stack AI Engineers at REDVision Global Technologies. There's more on our placements page.
Who this course is for
It's a good fit if you are:
- a B.Tech, BCA or MCA student in Indore who wants something more specific than "AI/ML" on your resume
- a working developer who wants to move into AI engineering without leaving your job or the city
- a data or analytics professional who wants to build AI products, not just reports
- a founder or freelancer who wants to automate real work for local businesses
It's probably not for you if you want a certificate without writing code. You'll write Python and you'll debug things late at night. That's the job, and it gets fun once it clicks.
Do I need coding experience first?
Basic programming helps a lot. If you've written some Python or JavaScript, you're ready. If you're starting from zero, come and talk to us first and we'll tell you honestly whether to start with a foundation course.
Duration and fee
The bootcamp is 4 months of live classes at our Old Palasia campus. The current fee is ₹29,999 (down from ₹39,999), and you get a certificate when you finish. Fees and batch dates change, so check with a counsellor for the next batch.
How to choose an agentic AI course in Indore
Before you pay any institute in Indore, ask:
- Can I see the full syllabus? Look for LangGraph or a similar framework, RAG with evaluation, and a deployment module.
- Who teaches, and what have they built? Ask to see their projects.
- What will I build, and do I keep the code in my own GitHub?
- Are classes live, and how big is the batch?
- What does placement support include? Resume reviews, mock interviews and introductions to companies count. A WhatsApp group of job links doesn't.
- Can I attend a demo class first? Any good institute will say yes.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an agentic AI course in Indore with placement support?
Yes. Our Agentic AI Engineering Bootcamp in Old Palasia includes 100% placement support. We review your resume and GitHub with you, run mock technical interviews, and introduce you to companies we hire for.
Where is the course held?
At E-Skills Web, Apollo Avenue, 103, Greater Kailash Road, above Nafees Restaurant, Old Palasia, Indore. Classes are live, in person.
What is the difference between generative AI and agentic AI?
Generative AI creates content: text, images, code. Agentic AI uses those models to take actions toward a goal, calling tools and making decisions step by step. If you mainly want to build apps around language models, read our generative AI course guide. If you want AI that completes tasks on its own, agentic AI is the path.
How long does it take to learn agentic AI?
